Better Ds3 Not Detecting Controller - A question i disabled the automatic startup of scp but when i'm doing my stuff on windows (not gaming with the controller) it starts up to update. Loading the driver,uninstalling the driver within motioninjoy and within the device manager.

I am stumped as to what i should do.

Better ds3 not detecting controller. Now it doesn't seem to want to recognize my controller. Installed motioninjoy just to test it out. I am ready to uninstall everything and redo it fresh but i'm not going to yet because someone said somewhere in the official xinput wrapper thread that the uninstallation order (xinput, xbox 360 drivers) was important.

The problem is that the game doesn't let me play with it. The odd thing was, it worked fine with 0.9.8, but due to issues i was having involving save. Sonic all stars racing transformed still wouldnt detect my controller either.

Select your game controller select ximput default test by checking led custom 1 + 4 then turn up left motor and right motor and enable, then vibration test then (without closing ds3) close and reopen beamng, if this does not work restart pc, follow steps, if still not working wipe beamng and re install (could help with binding inputs ect.) System recognizes it, i can move the joysticks and see it move the appropriate icons in the configuration of the windows controller settings, press buttons and they light up on the configure for windows.

Most (if not all) of the aftermarket ones do not work with that. Sonic all stars racing transformed is now working. I then subsequently installed my old knockoff xbox 360 wireless adapter, connected my xb360 controller, and now that one works.

I am having an issue all of a sudden where motioninjoy and better ds3 are not being detected. Better ds3 uses the montionjoy drivers, and those require an actual sony branded controller to work. Not sure what specific fake model it is, all i know is that it originally said ps(r) controller as the device, and didn't work at all before using scp.

Select the control panel option to open the windows control panel, then navigate to the joysticks option. Also after installation better ds3 would not detect my controller, but maybe that's because it is a sixaxis and not a dualshock 3. I know for certain that the afterglow brand and the rock candy brand ones do not work, as i have tried them both.

One of the big advantages of better ds3 is that its interface always shows the battery status of your controllers and you can set them to disconnect automatically after a certain period of time. Far cry 3 has the option in the settings to use a gamepad, but it doesn't seem to pick up the ps3 controller.

The fake ds message is a relic of some 3rd party code to support panhai controllers, which unfortunately doesn't work so i disabled it but left the message in for debugging purposes. After connecting the controllers, you just have to press the control panel to choose which one you want to change first, and once you add the first one, you can do the same thing with the other one. My xbox one controller is detected and working fine in win 10, but ds3 will not recognize any input from it. I have a ps3 controller, so i decided to try using it with motioninjoy's ds3 tool. I have the controller plugged into the ps3 usb charger first then plug that into the front of my pc. Reinstalled the 360 controller drivers.
